The AGM was held on Saturday, April 4th, 2009 at the Hampton Inn and Suites, 19500 Langley Bypass, Surrey, BC.
Keynote speakers were:
- Acting Mayor Marvin Hunt - The City and the Society
- Vice President Ken Doiron, SRY Raillink - Reaching for the future fondly remembering the past.
- Robert Ashton - Current status: BCER 1225 rehabilitation - illustrated presentation.
